Is is one of those episodes that was so important to the show. Not because it was major plot device but because it was an episode that, for the most part, was random yet hit every viewer right in the heart.
Why did no one remember her?
Does this episode show what humans are capable of or does this show a side of the doctor never witnessed before?

In honor of The Doctor’s 50th Anniversary, I’m in the processing of making a series of posters focusing on each of the 11 (soon to be 12) Doctors and their greatest enemies. Each poster will highlight that Doctor’s most well known outfit and their catchphrase or memorable quote.
I walked away from the last great Time War. I marked the passing of the Time Lords. I saw the birth of the universe and I watched as time ran out, moment by moment until nothing remained. No time. No space. Just me.
